This space is also a resource to rent for other events and activities for individuals and businesses that seek a unique destination for their wellness practices.

Join us on the mat! Our team of certified yoga teachers are so excited to welcome you to the wonderful world of yoga. Whether you’re just starting your practice or a more experienced learner, our classes are playful, exploratory and inclusive. We incorporate all components of yoga to our classes and bring in different modalities to offer you special and unique experiences.

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India and aim to control and still the mind, acknowledging the sense of true self. It is the deliberate mind and body training. By using the asanas (postures) we are able to experience the soul. Yoga is the combination of breath and mindful movements. Each class is a unique opportunity to dive into the whole knowledge and explore more of it.
Our professional teachers have rich experiences and have guided many individuals on their yoga journeys, and have rich experiences from practising all over the world.

Styles of Yoga Offered

Vinyasa Yoga: A dynamic style of yoga, in which students flow from one shape directly into the next. The breath is generally used as a guide for this flow (one breath, one movement). Vinyasa is a more vigorous style of yoga although the pace and the intensity of the poses can vary.

Hatha: A slower, strengthening style of yoga practice where students hold shapes for slightly longer (3 to 8 breaths), and will be seated, standing on the belly or lying on their back. Benefits of hatha yoga include increased strength, improved balance, greater lung capacity, improved mood, increased mobility and improved ability to focus.

Restorative: In restorative yoga, we move through a series of long-held asana (yoga shapes), sometimes using various props for support and comfort. With time, the nervous system eventually receives the message to let go. Each shape has many specific benefits for the body, and the practice as a cumulative whole brings with it immense immediate and long-term benefits for the body and mind.

Yin Yoga: Yin is a passive, meditative, slow style of yoga practice. Students hold shapes for longer (between three and seven minutes) than in contemporary western postural yoga and there is more emphasis on the lower body. While the ultimate goal of restorative yoga is comfort and nervous system health, yin yoga emphasises the health of the soft tissues of the body and asks us to “meet our edge”.

Yoga Nidra: A lying down meditation that allows our bodies to go into a deep relaxation state where we rest, digest, and rejuvenate. Yoga nidra or “yogic sleep” is a great alternative to seated meditation, and the accessibility provides space for people to reach higher states of meditation more quickly than during seated meditation. Studies suggest 20min of yoga nidra is the equivalent to 2hr of deep sleep, where you withdraw from your senses, allowing your brain to go through all the waves, eventually reaching the “delta” waves which is where we rest and digest. Suitable for all bodies; suggested to lie down however being seated or in another comfortable shape is fine.

Interested in getting one-on-one support with your wellness goals? We offer private yoga sessions, to allow the optimal setting for individualised support, sharing yogic knowledge, and allowing you to deepen your practice. We blend many different modalities in our private yoga classes to help create a practice that serves your needs. You can attend both virtually and in person. Our yoga classes are gentle, encouraging you to listen to your body and bring balance to the mind, body and spirit.
